Event Staff
The primary duty of Event Staff is to guard all entrances into the Pavillion, including the front of the stage and assist Britt ushers in matters relating to patron disturbances and crowd control and compliance enforcement with O.L.C.C. alcohol guidelines. Event Staff workers are subject to background checks with the Medford Police Department. 15-20 volunteers are needed per show

Usher/Trolley/Parking
Usher Duties: Taking tickets; handing out programs; selling raffle tickets; renting cushions; assisting and monitoring patrons in the seating areas; 20-25 volunteers per show
Trolley Duty: Assist patrons on and off the trolley, and answer questions. Trolley positions always begin two hours prior to the start of the concert
Parking Lot Duty and Safety: Monitor the donor parking lot, musician's lot, and circular driveway for safety reasons and parking priveleges. Volunteers must be on duty by 4PM. 4 volunteers needed.

Duties include serving ice cream, cashiering, stocking supplies, making and serving popcorn. All volunteers are expected to help with cleanup of the booth and carts. Gift Booth
Gift Booth volunteers are responsible for the sale of Britt Society wares in the gift booth, as well as consignment items provided by the performers. Consignment sales staff may be required to stay after the performance ends to service patrons wishing to make purchases. Job assignments and the time of arrival is made by the booth chairperson 1-3 days prior to the performance. Earlist arrival time is 5:15PM. 10-12 volunteers are needed per show.

Consignments - Artist Merchandise
Consignment workers are responsible for selling artist's merchandise before, during, and at the end of the show. You will be involved with setting up before the gates open as well as taking down the merchandise at the end of the evening.
Clean Up
The Cleanup Crew is responsible for emptying trash containers before, during and after the performance. The majority of the work takes place after the show, usually averaging between 30-45 minutes. Cleanup crews are also responsible for picking up reserved tarps, cushions, bagging trash, sorting recyclable glass, etc. Cleanup volunteers arrival time is 6:00PM. 10-12 volunteers are needed per show.
